Welcome to RealLife Learning. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
About our products. RealLife Learning sells digital, printable educational workbooks and guides for teenagers, delivered as PDF downloads. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and payments are processed securely through our store platform.
Licence and permitted use. When you buy a product, you receive a licence to use it for your own household (or, where purchased for that purpose, a single tutoring or family-education setting), in line with the Licence & Terms of Use included with each product. You may print as many copies as you need for your own use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly post our files or content.
Intellectual property. All RealLife Learning content, workbooks, designs, branding and materials are owned by RealLife Learning and protected by copyright. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Delivery. Products are delivered digitally. A download link is provided immediately after purchase. It is your responsibility to download and save your files.
Refunds. Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy.
Educational disclaimer. RealLife Learning resources are practical, real-world learning materials with optional Australian Curriculum connections. They are designed to supplement and support learning — they are not a complete or accredited curriculum and are not officially approved by any education authority. Home education requirements vary between states and territories, and parents and carers remain responsible for meeting the requirements that apply to them. Our resources are educational tools only and do not provide therapeutic, clinical, financial or legal advice, and we do not guarantee particular educational outcomes.
Acceptable use. You agree to use our website and products lawfully and not to misuse, copy or distribute them in breach of these terms.
Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealLife Learning is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
