Refund policy

RealLife Learning products are instant digital downloads (PDF workbooks and guides). Please choose carefully, as we are generally unable to offer refunds for change of mind once a digital product has been purchased and the download has been accessed.

Try before you buy. We offer a free sample pack with complete sample lessons so you and your teen can experience the style, level and format before you purchase.

If there is a problem. If your download link doesn’t work, your file is corrupted or won’t open, you were charged incorrectly, or the product is not as described, please email us at support@reallifelearning.au within 30 days of purchase. Include your order number and a description of the issue, and we’ll help — including re-sending your files or, where appropriate, providing a refund.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to a remedy. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
